By accessing or using floorpln.design ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

floorpln.design is a web-based floor plan editor that lets you upload floor plans, place furniture, and plan room layouts. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Payments

Paid features are available through a one-time lifetime purchase. All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have concerns.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any floor plans, images, or data you upload. We do not claim rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, floorpln.design and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
